Regulation on the form and content of the permit form for hunting game on hunting grounds and on the manner of keeping of records on issued permits for hunting game.

This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the permit for hunting game on hunting grounds. This text also sets the manner for keeping related records on game hunting permits issued on the national territory (these records shall be kept in written or electronic form and will contain data as listed in article 3).
The Annex is also part of this text (permit for hunting game on hunting grounds; reporting form).
