Regulation on the form and content of records on purchased and processed quantities of tobacco, the manner of keeping and submitting the records.

This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on tobacco, tobacco products and related products, prescribes the form and the content of records on purchased and processed quantities of tobacco (daily report and also report on total quantities), including the manner of keeping, as well as the delivery of such records. Records on purchased and processed quantities of tobacco are kept in electronic or written form. Records on the total purchased quantities of tobacco shall be kept annually by the buyer as regards purchased quantities of tobacco from the current harvest (through the national information system for tobacco records). Annexes 1 and 2 are providing related reporting forms/sheets.
