Regulation on the form and content of recreational fishing license and manner of its issuance.

This Regulation determines the form and prescribes all necessary contents (listed in article 2) of the recreational fishing license. This text further specifies related conditions and manner for issuing such recreational fishing license. The licenses for recreational fishing are issued by the Macedonian Fishing Federation to fishing associations that have submitted a request for the issuance of identification cards for their members. Legitimation or license for recreational fishing is issued on a form marked with “Macedonian Fishing Federation” inscription (a sample form is given in the Annex of this text).
