Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the report of on-site inspection that is conducted in order to confirm the effective presence of auxiliary facility, greenhouse or facility for the primary processing of agricultural products which was illegally built in origin and which is present on an agricultural land parcel. The report or minutes form is given in the Annex of this text.
