Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the request for approval of institutions that operated or perform activities in the animal husbandry sector. Article 2 list all mandatory contents and data that shall be inserted. The form and content of approval request is given in the Annex, which is an integral part of this text.
