Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the request for the approval of legal entities that are engaged in trade with animal genetic material (animal seed). Article 2 list all mandatory contents and data that shall be inserted. The form and content of approval request is given in the Annex, which is an integral part of this text.
