This Regulation determines the form and content of the request for authorization of laboratories to perform analysis and superanalysis of samples taken for flour quality control, as well as the form and content of the request due to failure to submit a decision on the authorization of laboratories to perform analysis and superanalysis of samples taken for quality control of flour, i.e. failure to adopt a decision to reject the request for adoption of a decision for authorization (detailed administrative procedures regarding the authorization to perform food quality analysis of flour).
