Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the official request for confirmation of an auxiliary facility, greenhouse or facility for the primary processing of agricultural products that was in origin illegally built and placed/present on the an agricultural land parcel. The form and content of the request are given in the Annex which is attached to this text.
