Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on tobacco, tobacco products and related products, prescribes the form and content of the request for control and monitoring of quality of processed tobacco during export and import as well as of tobacco during import. This text also regulates the manner of performing related quality control of processed tobacco during export and import, including sampling methods, time, place, manner of storage and destruction of analyzed samples, as well as methods for analysis of tobacco quality (including indications on standard ISO 10919).
