Regulation the form and content of the request due to failure to issue a decision for approval for the export of technical firewood and cellulose wood, or failure to make a decision to reject the approval for the export of technical firewood but wood and cellulose wood.

This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the petition-request against the non-approval of perimts for export of technical firewood and cellulose wood (export authorization reverse administrative procedure). This request shall be submitted on the form which is attached to the Annex of this text. The request form shall contain the following: name of the authority to which the request is submitted, in the middle part name of the request, name of the legal entity, i.e. first and last name of the natural person-submitting the request, headquarters of the legal entity that is, the name of the natural person, a brief description of why the request is being submitted, date and place among related signatures.
