Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on tobacco, tobacco products and related products, prescribes the form and the content of application for enrollment in the Register of tobacco buyers, and sets rules regarding the necessary accompanying documentation. The request for entry into the Register of tobacco buyers shall be submitted with documentation as listed in article 3. The Annex is also part of this publication (set of designated forms).
