Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants, provides the form and sets the content of requests for extension of variety registration in the National Variety List, including the manner and procedure for extension of the entry. This type of request shall be submitted by the owner, the breeder, the maintainer of the variety or a person authorized by them, to the competent national Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy.
