Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the application form for the purpose of obtaining a decision to put the wine on the market and further sets the form and content of the application form for the termination of validity of the decision to put the wine on the market before the quantity is exhausted. The request for obtaining a decision to put the wine on the market shall contain specific data as listed in article 2. These request forms are both given in the Annex of this text.
