Abstract
This Law regulates the planning and management of production of wine grapes, wine products and wine, including the issues related to the market and trade in wine, the classification of wine products, labelling and protection of wines with geographical name and description, and association of wine producers rules and other relevant provisions for the wine sector on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
This Law is divided into IX Chapters and 92 articles, including the offences and penalties.
