Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes all necessary contents of the application for the issuance of the aquaculture permit. This text also indicates the necessary evidence for fulfilling the conditions for issuing such permits individually. The application for the issuance of the aquaculture permit shall be submitted on a template which sample is given in the Annex of this text. The aquaculture permit sample is provided in Annex 2.
