Regulation on the form and content of the request for issuance of a license to perform silvicultural works for activities of felling and replanting in state-owned commercial forests.

This Regulation determines the form and indicates all mandatory contents of the request for issuance of license that is necessary to perform certain forest silvicultural works, such as activities of timber/felling and harvesting (or replanting) in state-owned commercial forests. This type of license request shall contain specific contents as specified in the Annex of this text.
