Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes necessary contents of the request for the issuance of permits for the production of stocking material from a fish farm intended for sale. This text further defines the form, content and method of keeping of related records on all issued permits. The request for the issuance of a permit for the production of stocking material from a fish farm intended for trade shall be submitted on a sample which is given in the Annex 1 of this text. The form that is meant for data/record collection is given in Annex 2.
