Regulation on the form and content of the request for leased use of agricultural land on which an illegal auxiliary facility, greenhouse or facility for primary processing of agricultural products is built and the necessary documentation.

This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the request for leasing based type of use of agricultural land on which an illegal auxiliary facility, greenhouse or facility for primary processing of agricultural products has been built. The request for leased use of agricultural land on which an illegal auxiliary facility, a greenhouse or a facility for primary processing of agricultural products has been built shall be submitted on the form which is attached in the Annex of this text. The following documentation shall be submitted to the request: - certificate of citizenship or a copy of a valid identity card for a natural person, i.e. a copy of a travel document for a foreign natural person or a decision from the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia for a legal person not older than one month, i.e. from an appropriate institution in the country where the foreign legal entity has its headquarters; - geodetic report on the agricultural land on which the illegal building was built and - approval for confirming an illegally built building issued by the local self-government unit whose territory the illegal building or greenhouse was built.
