Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the request, the necessary documentation for fulfillment of the conditions, the content and way of keeping the records of control/certification bodies engaged in performing expert control in organic agricultural production. The request (which is given in the Annex of this text) shall contain specific data as listed in article 2. Article 3 determines the rules and requirements for record keeping.
