Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the request for permanent conversion of agricultural land into construction land (both public and private land). The request for permanent conversion of agricultural land into construction land is submitted in electronic form and it shall contain specific data which is fully listed in article 2. The form is given in the Annex, which is an integral part of this text.
