Regulation on the form and content of request for registration of manufacturer, the form and content of request for deletion from the Register of extended manufacturer liability, the form and content of the Register of extended manufacturer liability, the manner of keeping and maintaining the Register, and the form and the content of registration certificate and certificate for deletion of manufacturer in the Register of extended manufacturer liability.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on extended liability of the manufacturer for management of special waste flows, here prescribes the form and the content of request for registration of manufacturers, the form and the content of request for deletion from the Register of extended manufacturer liability, the form and content of the Register of extended manufacturer liability. This text also defines the manner for keeping and maintaining of such Register, as well as the form and content of the certificate of registration and certificate of deletion of related manufacturer (all listed forms and certification sheets are given in the Annex which is part of this publication).
This text is harmonized with the provisions of the Directive 2013/56/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 2006/66/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators as regards the placing on the market of portable batteries and accumulators containing cadmium intended for use in cordless power tools, and of button cells with low mercury content; Commission Decision 2009/603/EC establishing requirements for registration of producers of batteries and accumulators in accordance with Directive 2006/66/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council; and Directive 2012/19/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste electrical and electronic equipment.
