This Regulation prescribes the form and defines the necessary contents of the request for registration for trade in wood and wood assortments, the form and content of the notification for each executed trade in wood and wood assortments, as well as the form, content and manner of keeping the Register of legal entities that trade in wood and wood assortments. This request for registration of the legal entity for trade in wood and wood assortments shall have specific information and elements as provided in the Annex of this text.
