Regulation on the form and content of the single document from the application for registration of a designation of origin or geographical indication.

This Regulation prescribes the form and content of the single document (administrative form) to be used as request for the official registration of designation or appellation of origin or geographical indication (for food and/or agricultural products origin label).
This Regulation also transposes the rules and principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2006 of 14 December 2006 laying down detailed rules of implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs.
