Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the form and necessary list of contents for the specification of necessary for products that are intended to obtain the label (or commercial trademark) called “guaranteed traditional specialty” (for food and agricultural products).
This Regulation also transposes the rules and principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1216/2007 of 18 October 2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 509/2006 on agricultural products and foodstuffs as guaranteed traditional specialty.
