Regulation on the form and content of the trophy sheet form.

This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the necessary contents of the game trophy sheet form. The trophy sheet is issued for individual types of trophies and contains data on: the concessionaire of the game on hunting ground where the game was shot, first and last name, place of residence and country of the person who carried out the shooting, date of execution of the shooting, name of the hunting ground in which the game was shot, the type of game shot, the type of trophy and the determined total point value of the trophy. The number of points is determined by measuring and evaluating the individual elements of the trophy according to the method and measures determined by a formula adopted by the International Council for Hunting and Game Conservation (CIC).
