Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes the manner for keeping the register of water companies. The register of water utilities is maintained according to data provided in articles 3 and 4 and it shall be delivered by using the related form, which is given in the Annex of this text. The register of water utilities can also be kept electronically.
