Abstract
This Law regulates the establishment, organization, operation, financing, control and termination of operations of the water companies, water supply activities and similar, with the aim of granting the sustainable management, use, operation, maintenance of water resources and related facilities, also defining the hydro-irrigation and drainage systems; further implementing the basic water right and water supply obligations.
This Law is divided into XI Chapters and 129 articles, including the offences and penalties.
