Regulation on the form, content and color of the national organic product label and the national product label in transition.

This Regulation here determines the shape (actual form, contents and color) of the national organic product designation label, for both organic certified products and products classified as products in transitional period.
This Regulation further transpose the principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 of 5 September 2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control (also for the standardization of CELEX no. 32008R0889).
