Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the form, content and model of the certificates that states and grants that the product, the production process, the preparation or the placing on the market of the same is in accordance with the rules and procedures determined by the Law on organic farming. This text further sets rules regarding the keeping of related records that shall be kept by involved subjects (see article 3). The sample of this type of certificate is given in the Annex of this text. The certificate will be issued in Macedonian and English and shall contain specific data as listed in article 2.
