Regulation on the form, content and manner of issuing the quality certificate and the form of the request.

This Regulation determines the form, prescribes the necessary contents and indicates the manner for issuance of quality certificates. This text further provides the form of the related issuance request (given in the Annex 2). The certificate of quality for agricultural products has to be issued on the standard form (in Macedonian and English language) which is given in the Annex of this text. In order to issue the quality certificate, quality control is carried out on all products with an organoleptic examination of such product, and for certain products for which it is not possible to determine the quality with an organoleptic examination and the same are intended for export, import and internal circulation, the certificate shall be issued after a previously performed laboratory analysis.
