Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants (here in relation to the provisions of article 27 which sets issues on trade in imported seeds and planting material of the species of agricultural plants), prescribes the form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued control labels (for planting materials and seeds), and sets rules as regards the evidence book that keeps track of such used control labels or marks.
