Regulation on the form, content and manner of keeping the register for issued control marks-labels and the record book for used control marks-labels.

This Regulation determines the forms, prescribes the necessary contents and sets the manner for keeping the register of issued control marks and labels and the record book for used control marks or labels (held by the national Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management-Administration for seeds and planting material). These registers shall be kept in written and electronic form (related forms are attached in the Annex of this text).
