Regulation on the form, content and manner of keeping the register of recognized breeders organizations.

This Regulation determines the form, defines the necessary contents and sets the manner for keeping of the official register of recognized breeders organizations. The following data are recorded on the record sheets: - serial number and page; - name, headquarters and registration code of the organization; - decision number for the approval of a recognized organization of breeders; - date of registration; - breeding program; - type and breed of livestock; - number of members; - volume of production and - other specific data about the organization. The form and content of the register of recognized organizations of breeders is given in the Annex, which is an integral part of this text.
