Abstract
This Regulation provides for necessary contents and procedural method of submitting the request for annulment of the registration decision (revocation process for granted denomination to specific traditional foodstuff and agricultural products).
This Regulation also transposes the rules and principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 1898/2006 of 14 December 2006 laying down detailed rules of implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 510/2006 on the protection of geographical indications and designations of origin for agricultural products and foodstuffs
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing administrative forms).
