Regulation on the form, content and method for record keeping in agricultural companies.

This Regulation prescribes the form, the content and the manner of keeping records on members and on production capacities of a certain agricultural company or cooperative. These records shall be kept in written and electronic form in within the agricultural cooperative. These records shall contain the following data: list of agricultural holdings - members of the agricultural cooperative; list of holders of agricultural holdings or farms; production capacities of agricultural holdings; list of engaged cooperative or production facilities; list of cadastral parcels on which the agricultural production takes place, and cadastral parcels on which the agricultural production of a certain member is performed; list of agricultural mechanization and equipment available to agricultural holdings, also if assigned or property of a specific member of that agricultural cooperative or agricultural company.
