Abstract
This Law defines the necessary conditions, manner and procedure of establishment, registration, operation, type and scope and other issues all regarding the agricultural cooperatives (organizational form of voluntary association of agricultural holdings in order to exercise their economic, social, cultural and other interests) on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia, in order to encourage the development of agricultural co-operative movement as well as to implement the supervision over the operations of agricultural cooperatives.
This Law is divided into 23 articles, including the offences and penalties.
