Regulation on the form, content of the request for entry in the Register of fertilizer producers and required documentation, on the form and content and manner of keeping the Register of fertilizer producers and on the procedure for registration in the Register of fertilizer producers.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on quality and safety of fertilizers, biostimulants and soil enhancers, provides for the form and indicates the necessary contents of the request for entry in the Register of fertilizer producers. This text further indicates the required documentation, prescribes the manner for keeping of such Register of fertilizer producers, among detailed procedure for registration.
