Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on seeds and seedlings of agricultural plants (here in relation to the provisions of article 27 which sets issues on trade with imported seeds and planting material of the species of agricultural plants), prescribes the form, contents of the request for issuance of control marks or labels. This text further sets the list of required documentation, the form and the content of imported seed control mark-label, as well as the manner of its issuance.
