Abstract
This Regulation determines the form and prescribes all necessary contents of the request for issuing plant control marks or labels. This text further indicates the necessary documentation, the form and content of such control marks or labels, as well as the method for issuance of control marks-labels. The request for the issuance of the control mark - label for marking imported seed and planting material and material for the reproduction of agricultural plants and mycelium for food fungi is given in the Annex of this text.
