Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions Macedonian Law on tobacco, tobacco products and related products, prescribes the form of notification for all non-combustible tobacco products that are placed on the market, the manner of their delivery and monitoring as well as the type of certificates. The form of the notification is given in the Annex which is part of this publication. Any change of ingredients in the non-combustible tobacco product is monitored on a case-by-case basis of reporting additional data; also specific packaging sustainability/safety standards are indicated in article 4.
