Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all general and specific safety requirements in terms of animal nutrition (and organoleptic properties, quantitative and qualitative composition, microbiological safety and security requirements regarding the presence of undesirable substances) in relation to the marketing, use, labelling presentation and packaging of food/feed for animals.
This Regulation is aligned with the Regulation (EC) No. 767/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 for circulation and use of feed.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
