Abstract
This Regulation here defines various general requirements (including the classification of foods that are considered under the terms here prescribed) for food safety in terms of the maximum permissible levels of pesticide residues in or on food (food of plant and animal origin).
This Regulation is aligned with various Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
