Abstract
This Regulation defines various provisions aimed to implement the general safety requirements for materials and products that are in direct contact with food and foodstuff.
Rules prescribed by this Regulation are stipulated in order to offer a high level of food safety, to implement necessary hygiene practices and additional rules for safe and sustainable food market and final consumer protection on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
This Regulation is aligned with Council Directives related to the subject here defined.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
