This Regulation defines the manner for the performance of inspections/checking over the state border crossings when controlling the shipments of animal origin imported as personal luggage of travelers and intended for personal use and/or noncommercial purposes, including the necessary administrative forms.

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
Articles 4, 6 (par 3), 7 (par 7) and 10 (par 3) of this Regulation will entry effectively into force on the day of the Macedonian accession into the European Union.
