Regulation on the list of undesirable substances in animal feed and maximum permitted level, and critical points for conducting the research to identify the source and cause of overrun (maximum permitted levels).

This Regulation here determines the official list of undesirable substances in animal feed, the maximum allowed level of specific residues, also defining the critical points for the implementation of the research practice/procedure that has to be performed in order to verify the exact source and cause of exceeding of the maximum permitted level of harmful residues.
This Regulation is aligned with the Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 May 2002 on undesirable substances in animal feed (CELEX no. 32002L0032).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
