Regulation on lists of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other objects.

This Regulation determines the lists of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other objects and deriving products. List I part A Harmful organisms whose introduction and spread in the Republic of North Macedonia is prohibited, is given in Annex 1; List II part A Harmful organisms whose introduction and spread in the Republic of North Macedonia is prohibited if they are present on certain plants and plant products, is given in Annex 2; List III part A Prohibition for importing plants, plant products and other objects and objects into the Republic of North Macedonia is given in Annex 3; List IV part A Special phytosanitary requirements that must be met as a condition for the import or movement of plants, plant products and other objects and objects in the entire territory of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, is given in Annex 4; List V Plants, plant products and other objects and objects that should be subject to inspection for plant health if they move inside the Republic of North Macedonia or are brought into the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia, is given in Annex 5; List VI Plants and plant products for which special arrangements can be prescribed, is given in Annex 6. This text is aligned with the provisions of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/2072 establishing uniform conditions for the implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/2031 of the European Parliament and the Council, as regards protective measures against pests of plants, and repealing Commission Regulation (EC) No. 690/2008 and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/2019.
