Regulation on the manner and procedure for implementation of the internal control in the Food and Veterinary Agency.

This Regulation determines the manner and procedure for the implementation and performance of official internal controls in the Macedonian Food and Veterinary Agency.
Internal controls shall be performed on the basis of official reports, data, information and knowledge related to the illegal and/or unprofessional conduct of administrative officials, but also on the basis of requests submitted or directly presented by the administrative authorities of the Agency. Section III of this text (articles 9-18) sets the detailed conditions and administrative premises for the correct conduction of the Food and Veterinary Agency’s internal controls.
