Abstract
This Regulation determines the correct manner and necessary procedure for the execution/performance of official expert controls in organic farming on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia.
This text closely sets the issues on professional control in the processing of organic products, apiculture sector, organic livestock production, organic plant organic production, wild plants and fruits (if under the term of the Law on organic farming, Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 146/2009
This Regulation also transpose the principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EC) No 889/2008 of 5 September 2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control.
