Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the manner and procedure for reporting as regards the presence of animal diseases that are considered as obligatorily reportable ones. In relation to this, the text provides for the complete list of such animal diseases (land animals, aquaculture and fish diseases).
This Regulation shall apply for the reporting over the following: hotspots of diseases here determined and listed; withdrawal of the bans, after eradication of the last hotspot, in relation to the diseases here listed.
This Regulation further harmonizes the national legislation with the provisions contained in the Council Directive 82/894/EEC of 21 December 1982 on the notification of animal diseases within the Community.
The Annex is part of this publication (list of diseases object of the text; set of reporting forms and sheets).

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 23 March 2017).
Notes
The provisions of articles 6, 13 and 14 of this Regulation shall be no longer in force on the date of accession of the Republic of North Macedonia in the European Union.
