Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary procedure for reporting on animal diseases that must be reported.
The Regulation further offers a complete classification and official list of diseases that must be reported (on the territory of the Republic of Macedonia).
This text contains the provisions aligned with many Council Directives and European Regulations related to the practices defined by this Regulation.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
Articles 5, 6, 7 and 8 of this Regulation will entry effectively into force on the day of the Macedonian accession into the European Union.
